Mario Roiz is the managing principal and founder of HRB. Mr. Roiz has served the employee benefits industry for more than 25 years and holds three of the most prestigious designations available in the Health Care industry, Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and a designation created in the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, Chartered HealthCare Consultant (CHC).
Vivian Roiz has more than 30 years experience in marketing, operations and the financial management of small and medium sized businesses within the employee benefits industry. Ms. Roiz holds various State of Florida licenses including Life and Health Agent.
Jorge Rivero began his career with the US Department of Labor in 1978 serving as District Director for South Florida. His duties included the enforcement, compliance, education and information programs conducted under the statutory authority for the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act and others. Mr. Rivero is currently an independent Federal Labor Law Consultant and a member of the South Florida Compensation and Benefits Association.
Yordy Rivero began her career more than 20 years ago at a company with over 900 employees providing policy development and implementation, leadership training, succession planning, key employee selection, coaching and development. She presents at various Local and National conferences on topics of HR Best Practices & Recruiting. She excels in Strategic Planning, Project Development, HR Management (emphasis on training, recruiting and employee relations), Workers’ Compensation, Executive Coaching and Payroll Administration.
Larry Grudzien, JD, LLM is an attorney practicing exclusively in the field of employee benefits, with more than 26 years in this field. His strong experience guides you through qualified plans, health and welfare, fringe benefits and executive compensation area. Grudzien's extensive practice on advising on all aspects of employee benefit law including, drafting and reviewing individually designed and prototype retirement plans, performing due diligence on employee benefit issues for merger, acquisition and outsourcing transaction and advising on administrative and design issues. Mr. Grudzien is the author of “Simplified Employee Survivor Manual,” co-author of Designing & Administering 401(k) & Simple Retirement Plans,” and contributing editor for the Journal of Pension Benefits.
